Ziad Al-Tunisi is the Chief Executive Officer of Al Faisaliah Group. In this role, he has established an investment approach that aligns business ideas, funding, people and partners toward common objectives, supporting new investments, financial management and strategic partnerships.
He joined Al Faisaliah Group in 1998 and previously served as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, bringing a background in investment and finance.
Over his 26-year tenure at AFG, he has positioned the Group as a value-creation entity for its shareholders, focused on three business models: core long-term holdings, private equity, and venture capital.
He also serves as a board member of several organizations, including Saudi National Bank (SNB).
Al-Tunisi holds an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia.
Bassem is the Chief Operating Officer of Al Faisaliah Group. Earlier in his career, he worked on post-acquisition integrations and large-scale restructuring projects. While leading the finance function, both the PepsiCo Egypt Snacks and Beverages businesses achieved sustainable double-digit margins and cash flow generation for the first time since acquisition. He also led automation, simplification and system implementation initiatives across the GCC and Levant. This experience supports his current role at Al Faisaliah Group, where he manages complex business challenges, optimizes resources and supports long-term value creation.
His leadership approach is based on transparency, collaboration and accountability. He focuses on talent development, building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
Bassem is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree from Banha University (previously Zagazig University) in Egypt. He has also completed executive leadership programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and PepsiCo's Accelerated Leadership Programs.
Abdullah AlShehri is a business leader, strategist, and builder with a career covering finance, business development, strategy, and strategic investment portfolio management. He has worked at Al Faisaliah Group since 1997, and currently serves as Advisor and Chief Investment Portfolio Officer. He represents Al Faisaliah Group on the boards and committees of several strategic portfolio companies, in addition to supporting some of the Group’s private equity strategic investments.
He has sat on the boards and board committees of more than 20 companies and has continued to serve as Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Committee Chairman of the Board of several Saudi Arabian and international companies. One of Abdullah’s key strengths is his ability to build internal business capabilities, and attract and lead high-caliber team members to drive business excellence and deliver accelerated, sustainable business and value growth.
Prior to his current role, Abdullah worked in academia with the IPA in Riyadh from 1986 to mid-1993, Samba-CitiBank from 1993 to 1997.
Abdullah received a master’s degree with honors in professional accounting from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Accounting from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.
Alejandro Carbon is the Chief Portfolio Officer – Strategy and Venture Capital at Al Faisaliah Group, with experience in strategy, finance and entrepreneurship. In this role, he contributes to shaping the Group's strategic direction and oversees its venture capital initiatives. He led the Group's partnership with Nuwa Capital, supporting its entry into venture capital and the development of new business opportunities.
He joined Al Faisaliah Group in 2018. Prior to this, he spent a decade at Majid Al Futtaim Group, where he led strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions as VP of Corporate Strategy and M&A, and subsequently established and grew the group's fintech verticals as CEO of Beam Middle East. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co., advising organizations across the Middle East, North America and Latin America.
He has served as a mentor at Endeavour for over 10 years and sits on the Advisory Board of companies including Mumzworld, Eyewa and Raffles International School. He is also a Board Member of Nuwa Capital and STC Bank.
Muhammad Aamir Javed serves as Group Chief Financial Officer of Al Faisaliah Group, where he leads financial strategy, governance, and operations across a diverse portfolio of businesses. He partners with the executive leadership team to support capital allocation decisions, contribute to shaping group strategy, and provide leadership on enterprise risk management to drive sustainable value creation.
Since joining the Group, Aamir has played an integral role in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, IPO transactions, and related financial restructuring activities, while strengthening governance, enhancing performance oversight, and contributing to improved decision-making across the group.
He brings more than 25 years of international experience across South Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Far East, spanning finance, governance, and transformation, including restructuring finance functions to strengthen business partnering and decision support. Prior to Al Faisaliah Group, he held senior roles at PepsiCo, including CFO for Pakistan Foods and Beverages and EVP & CFO of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam.
Aamir has also contributed to the rollout of technologies enabling data-driven decision-making and is committed to building strong teams and developing talent.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
Mohammed Batterjee is a seasoned investment executive with extensive experience across buy-side investments in both private and public markets. He currently serves as the Chief Investment & M&A Officer at Al Faisaliah Group, where he oversees strategic investments, mergers & acquisitions, and exit implementation and execution.
Mohammed currently serves in an independent capacity on the boards of Marafiq.(Power & Water Utility) and SMSA Transport Company. Prior to his current role, Mohammed was the Vice President of Portfolio Management and M&A at Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC), where he led and managed multiple portfolio companies across Canada, Australia, and India, architecting and closing multiple strategic acquisitions in support of Saudi Arabia's food security mandate and long-term food sustainability objectives. He also served as a Board and NRC member across various portfolio entities, playing a pivotal role in executing complex global M&A transactions and driving value creation across diverse markets.
Earlier in his career, Mohammed held senior roles at The National Commercial Bank (NCB), within the Group Treasury Proprietary Investments Department, where he managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios spanning public and private markets.
Mohammed has completed the Leadership Excellence Through Awareness and Practice program at INSEAD and the Authentic Leader Development program at Harvard Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
Ahmad Al Taher is a seasoned legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and strategic counsel. As the Group General Counsel of Al Faisaliah Group, he plays a critical role in managing the company’s legal affairs, advising on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial issues, as well as overseeing the legal matters of the Group’s portfolio companies. His expertise is particularly valuable in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), where he leads the legal aspects of both local and international deals, ensuring that they are executed smoothly while adhering to the highest standards of compliance.
Ahmad’s journey in the legal field began in 2010 when he joined Al Faisaliah Group, following his completion of a post-graduate trainee program at Al-Sharif Law Firm (Johnson & Pump partner). This early experience laid the foundation for his deep involvement in corporate law and his long tenure at Al Faisaliah Group.
In addition to his role at Al Faisaliah Group, Ahmad is an active investor and Member of the Investment Committee of the Saudi Angel Investors company. This role allows Ahmad to apply his legal and strategic expertise in startups, helping foster innovation and support promising businesses in the region, particularly in the tech sector.
His academic credentials include an LLB (BA Honors) in Business Law from the University of Derby in the United Kingdom, which provided him with a strong legal framework to handle complex commercial and corporate legal matters.
Talal El Khalil has a demonstrated history of building great teams, managing top and bottom-line growth, leading turnarounds that leverage technology for fundamental transformation. Next to serving as the Chief Portfolio Officer – Food at Al Faisaliah Group, he currently sits on the boards of Al Safi Danone and AlfaCo. In addition, he was a member of the Executive Committee that drove the preparation of First Mills Company to become publicly listed. He also serves with several Al Faisaliah Group related companies as a member of the NRC, Audit and Revenue Management committees. Talal works closely with the commercial teams focused on marketing, sales planning, and execution, and is involved in evaluating and establishing new foods-related JVs and investments for Al Faisaliah Group. He is keen on diversity and inclusion in the workplace, especially Saudi nationalization and women’s participation.
Prior to joining the Group, Talal worked in the food, beverages, and tobacco industries at various companies, including PepsiCo’s Beverages, PepsiCo Bottlers, and Frito-Lay/Quaker Foods in marketing, franchise, sales, retail operations, and general management capacities. His last role with PepsiCo Inc. was as Head of the Middle East and North Africa Franchise Operations – Senior Vice President. He also worked with Philip Morris as Head of Marketing and Sales in West Africa.
Talal holds a BSc from the State University of New York, and an MBA in corporate finance from Columbia University. In 2022, he completed corporate governance courses at the Wharton School of Business.
Wajih Beiruti is a distinguished chief executive with over 28 years of experience in the consumer electronics and fast moving consumer goods industries. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Tech & Media group of companies within Al Faisaliah Group. During his time with the group, Wajih had been instrumental in adding new partnerships in the distribution business and in launching new businesses in digital commerce and services.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he is a founding partner and investment committee member at Saudi Angel Investors, reflecting his commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and investment within the region.
Prior to joining Al Faisaliah Group, Wajih held senior leadership roles in various multi-nationals (Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser) and Saudi business groups, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across various sectors.
Wajih holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
Since joining the group in 1998, Faisal Al Arfaj has assumed different positions within the human resources division, being promoted to his current position as Chief of Human Resources and Corporate Support Services in 2016. Faisal has a 25+ year track record creating ‘Employers of Choice’ via strategic HR management, HRMS, creating concepts, incentivization, and leadership support in dynamic, fast-paced environments. He leverages strong communication and influencing skills to gain momentum and ‘buy-in’ at all levels and has a broad skill set beyond pure HR skills.
In addition to orchestrating the different HR and Corporate support functions across the Al Faisaliah Group, Faisal acts as an adviser to the affiliated companies on matters related to human resources, including Total Rewards, talent acquisition, talent management, training & development, performance management, and succession planning. Also, Faisal sits on the Human Capital, Nomination and Remuneration committees for the Group Sectors.
Faisal received his Masters in human resources development from Indiana State University in 1995.
Suliman Khader is a Chief Information Officer executive and technologically professional, with over 20 years of experience in navigating IT solutions in tandem with business objectives. Since 2013, he has been serving as the Group Chief Information Officer at Al Faisaliah Group, driving digital transformation, AI program and innovation across different sectors.
Suliman has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan and holds an MBA from the University of Manchester specializing in digital economy and disruptive business technologies. He also has notable credentials from Harvard Business School covering Core business management and Digital Health. His expertise spans ERP transformation, AI/ Business Intelligence, digital customer platforms, omnichannel and e-commerce solutions, and robust IT security management, highlighted by his cybersecurity (CISSP) and project management (PMP) certifications.
Suliman's earlier tenure as the GCC CIO at PepsiCo International saw him garner multiple awards for performance and IT management execution excellence during 15 years at PepsiCo.
Beyond his technical and strategic acumen, his acclaimed efforts were acknowledged through several awards and recognitions, including a notable Recognition Award from the King Khaled Foundation CEO in 2019 and the Saudi Arabia IDC CIO Awards.
HRH Abdulrahman Al Abdullah Al Faisal is active in the corporate sector, holding senior leadership positions and serving as Board member across multiple companies. Notably, he is the Chairman of the Board at Al Faisaliah Group and served as the Chairman of Al Qassim Cement Company.
In addition, he has founded several private companies and has served as Chairman of their boards, and is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the King Faisal Charity Foundation.

Prince Mohammed bin Khalid Al-Faisal is a business and finance professional with investment and management experience. Prince Mohammed began his career at Citibank in New York and Geneva and later served as the assistant general manager of SAMBA, a Citibank subsidiary in Saudi Arabia.
Prince Mohammed has served on the boards of various organizations, including the Harvard Alumni Association in Saudi Arabia, King Faisal Foundation, Saudi Arabian National Competitiveness Center, and the King Salman Center for Disability Research. He was also the chairman of the board of directors of JP Morgan Saudi Arabia from 2015 until 2020.
Prince Mohammed holds an undergraduate degree in industrial management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an MBA from Harvard Business School, which he obtained in 1996.

HRH Prince Faisal Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal Al-Saud holds executive leadership positions across a range of companies in support services, catering, travel, aviation, mining and investment.
He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TasHeel Holding Group and of TasHeel Modern Support Services. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Safood International Catering, Al-Faisaliah Travel & Tourism, Al-Faisaliah Modern Aviation, Hajeej for Umrah & Transport Services, SolexPlus, Mabna Modern Mining Co. and Saudi Modern Catering Co. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Exsab Investment.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne, California, and a Diploma in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton.
Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Hassan has 30 years of experience in financial markets, investment management, asset management.
He previously served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia and as a member of the Credit Suisse MENAT Operating Committee. He also held leadership position across mutliple financial institutions including Samba Financial Group and Bank Muscat.
In February 2023, he was appointed as one of the five board members of the Capital Market Authority (CMA). He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Alamiya for Cooperative Insurance Company, a member of the Board of Directors of Saudi Fransi Capital, and a member of the Audit Committee of Arab National Bank.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from King Saud University. He has attended executive programs at the University of Oxford - Saïd Business School.
Mr. Abdallah Y. Al-Mouallimi was appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Belgium, Luxembourg and the European Union in 2007. He served as Mayor of the Governorate of Jeddah from 2001 to 2005. His public service also included membership of the Jeddah Provincial Council, the Consulting Commission of the Supreme Council for the GCC, and the Advisory Committee to the Minister of Commerce on WTO negotiations.
In the private sector, he was President of Dar Al-Mouallimi Consulting and held leadership positions at Olayan Financing Company. He has chaired or served on the boards of numerous companies, including the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia, Sanad Insurance Company.
He holds a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University. He is the author of several books, including 'Under the Dome of the Majlis' and the 'Ideas for Debate' series.
Dr. Abdullah Hasan Alabdulqader is a consultant and professional non-executive director with expertise in finance, investment, telecommunications, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). With more than 30 years of experience in corporate governance, auditing, capital markets regulation, and risk management, he brings an independent perspective to both corporate and regulatory environments. He currently serves on the boards of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), SANABIL Investment, and Saudi Railways Company.
Dr. Alabdulqader was a professor of business administration at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals before joining the newly established Capital Market Authority (CMA) in 2004. As a founding commissioner, he contributed to the development of Saudi Arabia's capital market and led the launch of the Saudi Corporate Governance Code.
After leaving the CMA, he continued to promote corporate governance across the region. He later became the founding Executive Director of the GCC Board Directors Institute, a non-profit organization that provides board effectiveness training and assessment.
