At Al Faisaliah Group, corporate governance is core our operational philosophy. We maintain a rigorous, hands-on approach to our portfolio companies, believing that true value creation requires more than just capital—it requires active, ongoing strategic alignment. Our governance model is designed to facilitate timely decision-making and ensure that every portfolio company remains agile enough to capture market opportunities while strictly adhering to long-term strategic goals.

Beyond governance, our Board of Directors and our Group President are actively involved in decision-making and oversight, playing a proactive role in supporting the businesses and their performance.

As part of our governance standards, the independent board ensures oversight through the clear delegation of authority, a performance management process for portfolio companies, and effective and independent audit and control mechanisms. Complementing our board-level governance, our corporate team serves as a strategic enabler for our portfolio. We actively intervene to drive strategic initiatives, improve operations, implementing global best practices that are customized to the specific needs of each business. This hands-on support system empowers our companies to continuously improve, adapt to competitive pressures, and achieve sustainable, scalable growth.
